CPS Go
CPS Go is a self-service kiosk that runs on an iPad to give your customers the ability to skip the pro-shop, check-in and pay for golf, and go directly to the first tee. The convenience makes customers happy, and it’s also a good business solution for tracking $0 member rounds.

CPS TV
CPS TV is a live First Tee status board. Let your golfers know when they are on the tee and if they have paid or need to check-in.

CPS TV, like a departures board in an airport, will list the next 3 groups up on the tee. CPS TV shows each player, the current time, the players expected tee-off time (adjusts automatically from the Tee Sheet for delays), starting tee number and remarks to let the golfer know if they still need to check-In. A scrolling message bar displays alerts or announcements.

Online Billing...
Customers can manage their billing statements online. This add-on module can supplement or replace your process for mailing out monthly bills.
- View current and past statements, with the option to print.
- Drill down to the ticket level for details as needed.
- Quick, direct link to email the club accounting department for any issues that automatically references the ticket in question.
- Ability to pay the bill using a Credit Card or Card-On-File (optional).
- Support F&B minimums, dues, capital fund assessments, etc.

BAM Texting…
Winner of the ideas fair at the Canadian Golf Course Owners Show last year! We have partnered with BAM Texting to bring texting capabilities to the CPS tee sheet. At $149 per month, you get unlimited texting capabilities for confirmation, reminder, no show and thank-you texts. The really exciting part is that this text service provides two-way automated communication. So the golfer can reply to the text message to request additional service or cancel their reservation if needed. Course conditions, club house conditions, food experience, restroom conditions, staff experience, etc. It then delivers those results in a simple, easy-to-use business intelligence dashboard.
