CPS Air, Club Prophet's iPad-Based Product Deploys New Features

Club Prophet/s iPad app, CPS Air, continues to roll out new features and product enhancements so courses can run a majority of their day-to-day operation. The latest product enhancements on CPS Air include:

- Assign cart numbers and start/end times

- Wait list functionality added

- Customer pop-up notes now supported

- Capacity/dynamic pricing supported for integrating partners

- Card-on-file icon displayed for reservations

- Enhanced credit card on file selection screen 
- Move tables and split checks with a long press/hold

- Seat numbers supported for F&B ordering

- F&B messages added to the login/pin screen

- More on the way for our Spring Release allowing for payments on account, Moneris Vault card-on-file supported, squeeze time support, support for prepaid cash-back, and much more!

Prepare for 2021 With Proper Backups: Not Just Club Prophet Data

Having proper backup procedures is critical, and not just for your Club Prophet database. And we all know that the best time to test your procedures is before you actually need your backup. Even with the Club Prophet cloud-hosted database solution, where database backups are part of our process, your facility still needs to backup other critical data; accounting data, documents, pictures, email backups, and anything else you can't live without; make sure it's backed up! While March brings the annual basketball tournament known as March Madness, it also signals the start of our busy technical support season, aka "Support Madness".
