PLANNED CREDIT CARD SERVER UPGRADE SCHEDULED FOR 3:00AM on MONDAY, MARCH 15th, 2021
Club Prophet will have its credit card servers updated this Monday, March 15th starting at 3:00AM Eastern. We anticipate this process finishing by 5:30AM Eastern.
During this time on Monday morning, any customer using the Credit Card Module (CCM), Shift4, Payroc, or TSYS will intermittently be unable to accept credit card payments, both locally and online. This process will address security updates and bug patches, keeping our customers in the most secure environment possible. We chose this specific time to minimize any disruption to your normal business operations.
Please share this information with your Monday morning staff so they do not call our support phone number if they experience an error related to swiping and processing credit cards during this time. We will send another email once the update completes on Monday morning.
