Designation : Quality Assurance Specialist

ABOUT JOB
Club Prophet Systems, Inc. is currently looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist. This position will be responsible for the overall quality of Club Prophet Systems software.
Position Description
- Review all Gemini submissions and test accordingly
- Follow proper testing procedures
- Communicate with Programming in effective manner
- Prioritizes work to maximize efficiency
- Test new and current hardware to insure software compatibility
- Ensure the software solution meets applicable quality standards
- Think of all affected areas of the software when testing new features and or bugs
- Contact \ Communicate with customers and 3rd party vendors
- Follow internal testing workflows
- Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, or content
- Install and configure recreations of software production environments to allow testing of software performance
- Investigate customer problems referred by technical support
- Log time spent testing issues
- Monitor program performance to ensure efficient and problem-free operations
- Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
Minimum Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or other technical degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
- Good understanding of MSSQL maintenance and administration
- Knowledge of Windows OS, iOS, and web browsers.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to convey complex technical subject matter to both high-level IT personnel and end users
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work largely independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate complex issues in writing
- Strong documentation skills
