ABOUT JOB
We are looking for people with experience in SQL Server, IIS, networking, troubleshooting in a Microsoft Windows environment, and GREAT PEOPLE SKILLS. Our internship program is a great way to complete credits for school, but it also can lead to company advancement and full time employment. Club Prophet empowers its interns to come up with new ideas and actually implement them.
JOB DUTIES
- Setup computers for new customers: Install Windows, Club Prophet Software, Microsoft SQL, IIS, windows updates, antivirus software,
- Put together All-in-One units with pole displays, credit card swipes, receipt printers, scales, and scanners
- Schedule and perform software updates/upgrades for customers
- Load customer databases and perform software testing
- Learn “Gemini” a software bug tracking software that helps manage software bugs, enhancements, and new features
- Learn basic functions of the Prophet systems software POS packages
- Communicate bug fixes and new features to customers after performing software updates
- Robust regression testing and improving upon that testing process
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
- Maximum of 40 hours per week
- Basic computer knowledge is a must
- Superb communication skills
