ABOUT JOB
Club Prophet Systems, Inc. is currently looking for an experienced Software Specialist I. This position will be responsible for phone support to existing customer solutions, and implementing software directly to customer environments.
Position Description
- Implement, support, and troubleshoot software by phone and onsite
- Manage customer relationships through regular communication
- Identify and react to complex issues and provide timely and effective resolution
- Identify and resolve 3rd party hardware issues such as printers, wireless accessories, touch screens, scanners, and credit card devices
- Serve as an after-hours technical resource to identify and address emergency customer issues
- Work closely with other internal teams
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Assist QA team with integration and regression testing

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
Minimum Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or other technical degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
- Good understanding of MSSQL maintenance and administration
- Knowledge of Windows OS, iOS, and web browsers.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to convey complex technical subject matter to both high-level IT personnel and end users
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work largely independently in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work a rotating on-call schedule (paid On-Call)
